Shopping upcycled items

All items from 86byemelie are handmade with love from the designer who tries her best to maintain high quality. Please have in mind that the materials used are not new, they are upcycled and therefore may have some signs of previous usage. 

 

Returns

86byemelie has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Costumer pays shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If your purchased item is faulty you can request a refund. Please contact seller to get an approved refund before sending back an item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
